QUALIFICATION
To qualify for residency at Victory Homes of Maryland, a potential resident or parent/guardian select must complete a Initial Consultation Form and follow the details of the process. In addition, the applicant and/or guardian select, will undergo a series of in person interviews and visits to the apartment unit. Together we assess and ascertain the compatibility of each potential person who seeks residency.
If applicable, those individuals who are in Self Directed Services, via DDA have acquired their own individual person centered, caregiver/support team. The caregivers that our residents independently employ, become part of the VH community and reflect the level of of intensity that the residents require.

in-person visits
The applicant will undergo a series of in-person visits. Together, the rental management team will assess and ascertain the compatibility of each potential resident whose application is under review.

APARTMENT fee and Inclusions
Victory Homes of Maryland apartments and all-inclusive amenities are private pay. We do not accept HUD or any other form of government subsidy directly. The apartment fee is paid for our residents by the support of their family. Once approved for residency, monthly fees are paid by the consumer in advance via credit card, which is kept on file or automatic bank transfer each month. A fifty-percent security deposit and two months’ rent in advance is required upon signing a lease.
